Return & Exchange Policy
1. Non-Custom Items

You may return non-customized items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

You can choose to:

  • Exchange the item for another product (custom or non-custom)

  • Request a full refund

2. Custom-Made Products

Due to their personalized nature, custom-made items (especially clothing tailored to your measurements) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or not as described.

3. Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

If your product is significantly different from what was shown or described—whether it’s a custom or non-custom item—we take full responsibility.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and share clear photos and issue details.

We will arrange a return, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
